Magistrate Judge Jennifer C. Boal: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered GRANTING in part and DENYING in part 307 Motion for Extension of Time to Answer. MasMarques asks for an additional 60 days to file an already overdue response to Greenspan's statement of material facts. Given the history of this case, this request is excessive and the supporting arguments are unpersuasive. However, considering MasMarques' pro se status, this Court reluctantly grants a three-week extension until July 15, 2026. No more extensions should be anticipated. (AHH)
