MMinute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Miroslav Lovric: a conference was held on 7/8/2026, via Teams teleconference. The Court and parties discussed the scheduling of a mediation settlement conference before the Court. The Court proposed several dates. The Court is amendable to conducing mediation via Teams virtual or In Person. Plaintiff is directed to serve written demand on Defendant for settlement by 7/22/2026. The parties shall file a joint letter by 7/13/2026 advising as to agreeable date for scheduling of mediation conference. The parties advised the Court that all discovery and depositions have been completed and that all that remains is for the re-setting of dispositive motions filing deadline if mediation is not successful.
