ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the parties' joint status report, stating that the parties have resolved all issues related to the motion for preliminary injunction (Doc. No. 9 ) and have scheduled mediation for August 31, 2026. (Doc. No. 46 ). The parties also filed a joint motion to withdraw the motion for preliminary injunction. (Doc. No. 47 ). After the completion of mediation, the mediator shall file a report as required under Local Rule 16.05(b). The joint motion to withdraw the motion for preliminary injunction (Doc.
