Trial Management Order
TRIAL MANAGEMENT ORDER: Jury Selection set for April 19, 2027, at 9:30 a.m. before a magistrate judge. Opening statements will begin immediately following jury selection. The final pretrial conference will be held on April 7, 2027, at 10:30 a.m. in person in Courtroom 2F North. Any motions in limine shall be briefed as follows: motions due on or before November 30, 2026; and responses due on or before December 14, 2026. Requests to charge, proposed verdict sheets, and proposed voir dire due by January 25, 2027. Each party is directed to include within their submission a proposed brief description of the claims to be tried, and a list of the names of all persons, entities, and locations that the party expects to be mentioned during trial. Also, by January 25, 2027 the parties are directed to exchange with each other their trial exhibits and to email a PDF file of each exhibit to Chambers. See Rule IV.B. of the Court's Individual Practice Rules.In the event the Court's schedule permits, the parties are directed to be prepared to begin jury selection and trial on February 8, 2027.
