GARNISHMENT JUDGMENT granting Plaintiff/Judgment Creditor's Application for Judgment on Garnishment and Notice of Lodging Proposed Judgment on Garnishment (Doc. 49 ) and Plaintiff/Judgment Creditors Application for Judgment on Garnishment (Supplemental) and Notice of Lodging Proposed Judgment on Garnishment (Doc. 50 ) as set forth herein. the Judgment Creditor shall have Judgment against the Garnishee in the amount of $10,077.00. When Garnishee is paid for work performed on the home located at 11000 North Buffalo Drive, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268 Garnishee will withhold $10,077.00 pursuant to the Writ any pay it to the Judgment Creditor. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, the Judgment Creditor is granted its taxable costs in the amount of $25.00 for the bank search fee, and $140.00 for the service fee, which are hereby taxed against the Judgment Debtor. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the amounts retained by the Garnishee when paid for work performed on the home located at 11000 North Buffalo Drive, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268 are to be immediately paid to the Trust Account of Zdancewicz Law Firm, PLC for the benefit of the Judgment Creditor. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that upon the Judgment Creditor's filing the satisfaction of this Judgment, which shall be filed no later than three (3) business days after receipt of the $10,077.00, Garnishee is released from the Writ (Doc. 35 ).
