Order on Motion to Compel
ORDER granting Costco's 79 Motion to Compel Subpoenaed Records of Regina Felper. The Court finds that information concerning Ms. Felper's physical and mental condition is relevant to the claims and defenses in this case, including as described in Costco's apportionment complaint against Ms. Felper (ECF 17). Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Costco's 79 motion to compel compliance with the subpoena it served on the Keeper of Records of Glenmeadow Retirement Community. Glenmeadow and the parties in this matter should designate the documents as confidential to the extent appropriate under the 9 Standing Protective Order. Any party using such material in connection with any filing shall file the material under seal with an appropriate sealing motion. Glenmeadow also may redact any sensitive financial or other information in the production that does not relate to Ms. Felper's physical or mental condition. Compliance is due by August 21, 2026.
