The Court has before it the proposed Stipulated Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order (ECF No. 10 ). The Stipulation fails to comply with LR IA 6-2 requiring a specific form for the Court's Order. In addition, the form and information provided does not comply with LR 26-1(b).
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Stipulated Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order (ECF No. 10 ) is DENIED without prejudice. The parties are to submit a revised proposed plan and order that complies with the Court's local rules.
