Plaintiff states discovery is closed, no mediation at this point but expects the matter may resolve shortly. Defendant does not anticipate expert discovery but if the case does not resolve it will be a dispositive motion case. Court confirms the current deadlines for filings remain the same. If parties need to adjust those dates, they should ask the court. Parties are to report to the court re: the status of the case on or before 2/28/25.
