TEXT ORDER: Pursuant to Section VI of the Courts Civil Standing Order, Plaintiffs submitted via email a request for a pre-motion conference concerning enforcement of the monetary sanction imposed in the Court's 87 Order. Defendant was copied on that correspondence. Plaintiffs represent that Defendant has not paid the $13,167.00 sanction and indicate that they intend to seek an order requiring Defendant to pay the sanction within fourteen days. The Court declines to set a pre-motion conference at this time. The Court's 87 Order directed Defendant Thomas A. Blumenshine to pay Plaintiffs' counsel $13,167.00 but did not establish a deadline for payment. That omission was intentional. The monetary sanction remains an outstanding obligation, but the Court did not require payment within a specified period. Accordingly, Defendant's failure to have paid the sanction to date does not constitute a violation of a payment deadline imposed by the 87 Order. The sanction remains outstanding, and the Court will address it as necessary at a later stage of the case.
