MINUTE ORDER. Upon consideration of the 35 Joint Status Report, the Court ORDERS the Parties to file a joint status report no later than September 15, 2026 reflecting whether they have resolved the final outstanding issue of attorneys' fees. At a minimum, Defendant is ORDERED to provide a substantive response to Plaintiff's July 8, 2026 demand no later than September 4, 2026. The Parties are FURTHER ORDERED to appear in Courtroom 5 at 3:00 p.m. on September 16, 2026 for a status conference before Magistrate Judge Moxila A. Upadhyaya to address steps to reach a final resolution of the case. If the Parties reach a resolution before then, the Court will vacate that hearing.
