TEXT ORDER: Austin Falconer, Joseph Jaska, Todd Lafleur, and Wilson Smith have jointly moved to compel arbitration of the claims against them. (Doc. 56 ). To avoid redundancy, the Receiver shall consolidate in a single brief its response to this motion, Mr. Moss's motion to compel arbitration, (Doc. 29 ), and Mr. Rineer's motion to compel arbitration, (Doc. 52 ). Mr. Moss, Mr. Rineer, Mr. Falconer, Mr. Jaska, Mr. Lafleur, and Mr. Smith shall likewise consolidate in a single brief their replies, if any. The parties may request additional pages if necessary for consolidation. The Receiver shall file his consolidated response by September 30, 2026. The individual defendants may file a consolidated reply by October 15, 2026. The Court stays all other deadlines as to the claims against Mr. Falconer, Mr. Jaska, Mr. Lafleur, and Mr. Smith pending the Court's ruling on their joint motion to compel arbitration.
