PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendant Nationwide General Insurance Company's ("Nationwide") Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File Response to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment. 78 . Therein, Nationwide requests an extension of seven (7) days to file its response to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 76), because counsel for Nationwide "needs additional time to in order to properly formulate a response." (ECF No. 78) at 1. Plaintiff does not oppose the requested relief. Id. at 2. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Nationwide's Motion 78 is GRANTED.
