(collectively, "Citimed Defendants"). Robert Hewitt II, Esq. appeared on behalf of Defendants Vadim Dolsky and Optimum Health Acupuncture P.C. (collectively, "Dolsky Defendants"). No other appearances.

   The Court granted Plaintiffs' 761 request to take a 30(b)(6) deposition of the Citimed Professional Entities, which may occur after fact discovery closes on July 24, 2026. Plaintiffs agreed to provide exhibits, including any patient files, to counsel for the Citimed Defendants in advance of the deposition. The parties are directed to file a joint letter confirming the date of the 30(b)(6) deposition by no later than July 27, 2026.
