MINUTE ORDER (IN CHAMBERS) AMENDED ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT BC LAW FIRM P.A.'S MOTION FOR INTERPLEADER DISBURSEMENT 49 51 by Judge Hernan D. Vera. Defendant BC Law Firm, P.A. ("BC") moved for this Court to order disbursement of the $162,284.98 in funds held in this Court's Treasury Registry since May 28, 2025 to BC ("Funds"). Defendant BC Law Firm P.A.'s Motion for Interpleader Disbursement [Dkt. No. 49]. BC is the only entity or individual to assert a claim in connection to the Funds originally held in interpleader. No opposition to BC's Motion was filed, and no entity or individual other than counsel for BC appeared at the hearing for the Motion held on July 24, 2025. The Court therefore grants BCs Motion and orders the Funds, including any accrued interest,1 to be disbursed from the Court's Treasury Registry to BC as soon as practicable. (lom)
