(IN CHAMBERS) Order by Judge Andre Birotte Jr.: Upon review of the parties non-compliant pretrial filings, the motion in limine (Dkt. No. 125 ) untimely filed on August 14 and set for hearing on September 25, and the two motions (Dkt. Nos. 132 , 133 ) filed on August 21 also set for hearing on September 25, the Court will not conduct the final pretrial conference and motion in limine hearing scheduled for August 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Instead, the Court converts the August 28 hearing to a status conference, and moves it to 12:30 p.m. The parties must be prepared to discuss next steps in this case including pursuing mediation. The Court will also require an explanation of how the liquidation proceedings in the U.K. impact this case. The parties must meet and confer about at least these matters before the status conference.
