Entry On Petition For Return Of Child
ENTRY ON PETITION FOR RETURN OF CHILD - Pap's Petition for Issuance of a Show Cause Order and for Return of Minor Child to Ireland (Filing No. 1 ) is DENIED. This decision in no way constitutes a finding as to the parties' parental rights, and both parties are encouraged to continue to assert their respective rights in the proceedings pending in Brown County. Redmond, 724 F.3d at 737 ("The merits of the child custody case--where a parent's custody and visitation rights should be--are questions that are reserved for the courts of the habitual residence."). The Clerk is directed to seal Docket No. 76 and 82 . The parties are ordered to file a public version of their respect expert's affidavit that redacts AVLP's full name and any other confidential information by Monday, September 28, 2026. If no redacted public version is filed by the deadline, the Clerk is directed to unseal Docket No. 76 and 82 . Final judgment will issue under separate entry, and this action is TERMINATED.
