ORDER denying 86 Ex Parte Motion: Upon consideration of the plaintiff's response and motion to file under seal at ECF No. 86, the Court finds the plaintiff has failed to show sufficient cause under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(b)(1)(B) as to why her prior ex parte motion for a temporary restraining order, ECF No. 83, and the Courts order denying her motion, ECF No. 85, should remain under seal.
