Minute Order Order on Motion for Summary Judgment
MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Jennifer A. Dorsey on 6/24/2026 Denying 68 Motion for Summary Judgment without prejudice to new filing.
Glorium's motion for partial summary judgment 68 was fully briefed before Magistrate Judge Youchah granted BB8's motion to compel and ordered additional discovery 75 . Because these developments may materially affect the summary-judgment record, I decline to resolve the motion on the current record. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Glorium's motion for summary judgment 68 is DENIED without prejudice to the filing of a new motion for summary judgment that incorporates any evidence, discovery responses, and arguments developed as a result of Judge Youchah's discovery order by July 24, 2026.
