PAPERLESS ORDER. Attorney Brett D. Lieberman and Edelboim Lieberman PLLC move to withdraw as counsel for Respondent Gonzalo Lopez Jordan, citing irreconcilable differences. See (ECF No. 225 ). Petitioner does not oppose the relief sought but requests that the Court condition counsel's withdrawal on Attorney Lieberman's certification that Respondent has been aware of two items concerning the Parties' ongoing post-judgment discovery.
The Local Rules impose no such condition for withdrawal. Moreover, consistent with the Local Rules, the withdrawing attorney has provided Respondent Lopez Jordan's current mailing address and contact information by which he can be reached. Accordingly, the 225 Motion is GRANTED. Within 30 days from the date of this Order, Lopez Jordan shall notice appearance of new counsel or file a notice of his intent to proceed pro se.
