TEXT ORDER. A status conference was held in the case following the addition of Green 2 Green Consulting, LLC. Plaintiff's counsel confirmed on the record that they had just recently supplied counsel for Green 2 Green with all discovery previously exchanged by the parties in the case, in a Bates stamped form. Counsel for the government has requested, and the Court directs, that the parties Bates stamp documents for ease of reference. In light of the addition of Green 2 Green, the Court extends the discovery deadlines. The end date for all discovery in the matter is now set for December 18, 2026. Expert disclosures shall be due in advance of that date, pursuant to the Federal Rules. The deadline to submit dispositive motions is now set for February 19, 2027.
