ENDORSEMENT: Any opposition to the pending sanctions motion (ECF 96) shall be filed by September 10, 2026, and any reply in further support shall be filed by September 17, 2026. I do not need to wait for a response from counsel for other parties to grant (or deny) a request from a party for an extension of time based on a pre-scheduled vacation. I granted a further extension than requested by Mr. Glickman to allow new counsel time to get up to speed on this case. This case is not complicated, but to the extent that new counsel needs a reasonable amount of additional time, he may request a further extension of the deadlines. SO ORDERED.
