Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery
ORDER granting 25 : Despite the Court informing the parties that further extensions of the discovery deadlines are unlikely, the parties request a nunc pro tunc extension of the fact discovery deadline and an extension of all remaining discovery deadlines. (ECF No. 25.) The parties' application is granted, albeit reluctantly, for the reasons presented in the application. (Id.) All fact discovery shall be completed by 11/16/2026 with a status report certifying the close of fact discovery due by 11/23/2026. All discovery shall be completed by 03/12/2027 with a status report certifying the close of all discovery due by 03/19/2027. The parties shall take the first step in dispositive motion practice by 04/19/2027. If none, the parties shall file a proposed joint pre-trial order by 05/20/2027, either way pursuant to the presiding district judge's individual rules. See attached for all deadlines. There will be no further extensions of these deadlines. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Marcia M. Henry on 09/28/2026. (BMF)
