Notice is hereby given that the Case Management Conference previously set for 5/19/2026 has been reset for 7/7/2026 at 1:30 pm via Zoom before Magistrate Judge Ajay Krishnan. Case Management Statement due by 6/30/2026. Standing orders can be downloaded from the court's web page at www.cand.uscourts.gov/judges.
All attorneys and pro se litigants appearing for the case management conference are required to join Zoom at least 15 minutes before the hearing to check in with the Courtroom Deputy.

ORDER re: Dkts. 47 & 48: The Court notes that the parties violated Judge Krishnan's Civil Standing Order, Civil Local Rule 16-9(a), and the Northern District of California's Standing Order entitled "Contents of Joint Case Management Statement" by (1) submitting separate case management statements instead of a joint statement, (2) not adhering to the proper formatting in their statements, and (3) not including the proper contents in their statements. The May 19 case management conference is continued to July 7, 2026. If by that date this matter is resolved, including by the settlement of the underlying Elias case, the parties shall stipulate to this matter's dismissal pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). If resolution is not achieved by June 30, 2026, the parties shall meet and confer by that date about a proposed case schedule and shall include such schedule in the case management statement due on that date.
