TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's letter at Dkt. No. 199 . In light of counsel's representation that Plaintiff is immobile and confined to a wheelchair, the Court finds that he is excused from attending the pretrial conference in-person, but must attend the conference via video-conference and must maintain his camera on at all times. Plaintiff's counsel shall prepare the Final Pretrial Order and shall submit it to all other counsel for approval before submitting it to the Court. The parties MUST use the Court's newly approved Uniform Final Pretrial Order, available at https://www.njd.uscourts.gov/sites/njd/files/UniformFinalPretrialOrder.pdf>UniformFinalPretrialOrder. No later than July 20, 2026, the parties shall email JRA_Orders@njd.uscourts.gov their proposed final pretrial order. The parties are advised that the Court intends to engage in settlement discussions during the conference.
