The court addresses 136 , Oliveira's motion to compel Bixby's production of documents and answers to interrogatories. The motion ([136)], to which no opposition has been filed, is allowed in open court. Bixby shall provide his responses to discovery no later than July 22, 2026. Bixby is reminded of his obligation to cooperate in discovery in these proceedings.
The court anticipates scheduling a further examination hearing later this summer, or in the early fall.
