ORDER. In short, Singh, as an "applicant for admission," is properly detained without bond under Section 1225(b)(2)(A). Buenrostro-Mendez, 166 F.4th at 498. And neither the Due Process Clause nor the AP A require a bond hearing or any other kind of pre-deprivation hearing in these circumstances. Thus, the petition (Dkt. No. 1 ) is denied.
