Order on Motion to Adjourn Conference 1 - Terminate Deadlines and Hearings Scheduling Order
ORDER. For good cause shown, and on consent, the motion to adjourn conference at ECF No. 28 is granted. The motion at ECF No. 27 is found as moot. The 7/23/2026 conference is adjourned to 9/8/2026 at 12:00 PM before Chief Magistrate Judge Vera M. Scanlon via ZoomGov.

The parties must complete the Joint Proposed Case Management Plan (CMP) at ECF No. 18 and file it on ECF no later than 8/31/2026.
The Court reminds the parties of their responsibility to file a disclosure statement under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 7.1 within 30 days of appearing in this action, if applicable and if they have not yet done so. As to any LLC, the disclosure statement should identify all of the members and their respective citizenships.
Counsel must discuss whether they consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate Judge. If all parties consent to conducting all further proceedings in this case, including motions and trial with or without a jury, before Chief Magistrate Judge Scanlon pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), they must complete and file the consent form (p. 2 of the CMP) as soon as possible, but no later than within seven days of the initial conference. If the parties do not all consent to the Magistrate Judge presiding over this case, the parties shall complete the Acknowledgement Regarding the Right to Consent to Magistrate Jurisdiction (p. 3 of the CMP) as soon as possible, but no later than within seven days of the initial conference. Any party is free to withhold consent without adverse substantive consequences.
