MINUTE entry before the Honorable M. David Weisman: Plaintiffs' motion to reset the status/motion hearing set for 6/17/26 110 is granted. Status/Motion 93 and 103 hearings set for 6/17/26 are stricken and reset to 6/30/26 at 9:30 a.m. Because Plaintiffs' motion seeking a new date was filed the day of the hearing, the Court sent an email to all counsel of record advising that the motion to continue the hearing date would be granted, and an appropriate order would be entered on the docket. Timothy Adkins, the individual defendant in this matter and now apparently appearing pro se after his attorney was granted leave to withdraw, does not have an email listed on the docket. Prior to Adkins' filing of a suggestion of bankruptcy, on May 18, 2026, the district court directed Defendant Adkins to file a status report by and including May 28, 2026, informing the court of whether he wishes to represent himself or hire another attorney, and how much time is being requested to search for an attorney for GDW and, if applicable, Adkins. Defendant Adkins failed to file this status report, so the Court has no way of contacting him. While the case is currently stayed as Mr. Adkins based on his filing a suggestion of bankruptcy, Adkins shall update his contact information with the Clerk's Office so he may stay apprised of court orders.
