Withdraw as Attorney
ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO WITHDRAW by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: This action is stayed pending the Ninth Circuits resolution of Plaintiff Emma Adams's petition for a writ of mandamus. Plaintiff's counsel, Daniel Saunders, has now filed (1) an unopposed motion to withdraw from his representation of Plaintiff 507 and (2) a stipulation of all parties to lift the stay for the limited purpose of granting withdrawal 506 . Accordingly, the Court lifts the stay for the limited purpose of adjudicating the motion to withdraw and grants the unopposed motion. Saunders is relieved from further representation of Plaintiff in this action. Saunders is also ordered to provide a copy of this order to Plaintiff and file a declaration that he has done so by 10/5/ 2026. The Court has previously granted Plaintiff permission to e-file. No later than 10/9/2026, unless new counsel has appeared for Plaintiff by that date, Plaintiff shall file a notice of her current address, phone number, and email address so that the docket can be updated.
