Stipulation of Dismissal - aty
STIPULATION of Dismissal (Joint) by Nigel Frank De La Torre Pardo (Diego, Ramon)
Order Dismissing/Closing Case or Party
PAPERLESS AMENDED ORDER DISMISSING CASE with prejudice. On February 25, 2026, the Court dismissed this action without prejudice upon the Parties' 19 Notice of Settlement. (See D.E. 20.) Therein, the Court provided the Parties an opportunity to request an amended order of dismissal with prejudice by filing, inter alia, a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice. On March 6, 2026, the Parties filed a 21 Stipulation for Dismissal With Prejudice and a proposed Order of Dismissal with Prejudice. The court interprets the proposed order as a request for entry of an Amended Order of Dismissal With Prejudice. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this case is DISMISSED with prejudice, each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs. This entry constitutes the PAPERLESS ORDER in its entirety. Signed by Judge Joan A. Lenard on 3/6/2026. (fbe)
