That Defendant American Economy Insurance Company's Motion for Leave To Restrict Exhibit A to Defendant's Response to Plaintiffs' Motion To Preclude or Limit Expert Testimony [Doc 63-1] # 70 , filed July 15, 2026, is denied without prejudice; 3. That either party may refile a properly supported and substantiated motion to restrict on or before July 25, 2026; 4. That the documents currently filed under Level 1 restriction (# 67 , filed July 14, 2026), shall be maintained at Level 1 restriction as defined by D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.2(b) pending further order; 5. That the clerk is directed to place the attachment to Defendant American Economy Insurance Companys Response to Plaintiffs' Motion To Preclude or Limit Expert Testimony [#63-1], filed July 14, 2026, under Level 1 restriction in its entirety pending further order of the court; and 6.
