Order on Motion for Attorney Fees
ORDER. The parties' stipulation for allowance of fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act hereby is APPROVED. See ECF No. 31 . Plaintiff is awarded attorneys' fees in the amount of $13,520.38 in full and final satisfaction (upon payment) of any and all claims under the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412. Payment shall be made directly to Plaintiff's attorney provided Plaintiff owes no debt to the government that would subject this award to an offset, and provided that Plaintiff has assigned fees to his counsel. Consequently, Plaintiff's motion for attorneys' fees, ECF No. 30 , which asked for a higher amount to be awarded, is granted in part. It is so ordered. Signed by Judge Omar A. Williams on 9/2/26.
