Minutes of proceedings [non-document] Continued Settlement Conference held in person on May 29, 2026 before Magistrate Judge Darrell A. Clay. Plaintiff Ohio & Vicinity Carpenters Fringe Benefit Funds, Inc. appeared through its authorized representative Mike Gibson and was represented by its attorney Matthew Henzi. Defendant Buckeye Floor & Ceiling, LLC appeared through its authorized representative Bryan Depalma and was represented by its attorney Mark Barnes. The parties continue to make further progress toward an agreement that would comprehensively address the matters in dispute. They request one further extension of time to complete these discussions. Therefore, a final in-person settlement conference will be held with counsel and client representatives on June 25, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. Participants should report to Courtroom 1B at that time. If an agreement is reached before that date, counsel are to notify the Courtroom Deputy promptly so the conference can be vacated. I recommend that Judge Helmick continue holding case management deadlines in abeyance while I assist the parties in completing these discussions. Time: 3 hours. (R,Ke)
