Regarding depositions, the parties apparently are assuming a one-month extension of the 12/23/2026 fact discovery completion deadline. That is fine--the Court hereby extends the deadline to 1/20/2027--but this is a final extension, and the parties do not have leave to take depositions or conduct fact discovery by agreement after that deadline.
