PRELIMINARY AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION AND ORDER OF SEIZURE AND DISPOSITION by Judge Andre Birotte Jr.: Defendants and others in active concert or participating with them are permanently enjoined and restrained as to using the name, logo and/or likenesses of the group RUSH, etc. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that from the date hereof until 4/30/2027, this order shall be deemed a preliminary injunction; it shall become permanent on 4/30/2027.
