After taking the matter under advisement, the court hereby GRANTS IN PART the motion. The motion is GRANTED to the extent Beeqb, LLC asks that this case be unstayed and a new scheduling order be entered. The motion is DENIED as to the proposed deadlines set forth in the motion. Instead, the Clerk's Office shall enter an amended scheduling order with the motions deadline set for December 1, 2026, and the trial deadline set for March 1, 2027. IT IS SO ORDERED.
