Gee: Having considered Lead Plaintiffs' motion for disbursement of the remaining funds 153 , and Defendants' non-opposition thereto, the Court hereby GRANTS the motion as follows: (1) A total of $10,000 from the Settlement Fund shall be paid to Angeion Group, in connection with the additional costs incurred from its continued distribution efforts; and (2) The remaining $25,006.36 in the Settlement Fund shall be distributed to the approved cy pres beneficiary, the California State Bar's Justice Gap Fund.
