   In light of information that the firearms have been destroyed in violation of a Court Order requiring them to be preserved, Plaintiff's request to amend the Pretrial Order and Complaint is granted. Plaintiff shall file the final Pretrial Order and Amended Complaint by September 18, 2026.

   The Court sets the following schedule for trial in this matter:

   1. Motions in limine shall be electronically filed by October 5, 2026 with responses due by October 26, 2026;

   2. Along with their motions in limine, the parties shall electronically file a list of relevant names, acronyms, and places;

   3. Parties shall electronically file any non-standard Voir Dire Requests and proposed jury charges by October 26, 2026;

   4. The Court will hold a final pretrial conference in-person on November 6, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. in Courtroom 910;

   5. Jury selection in this matter will commence on November 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. with trial to begin immediately thereafter.
