   MINUTE ORDER: Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion to Amend Scheduling Order, ECF No. 38 , is GRANTED in part for good cause shown. The motion asks the Court to extend the "expert witness disclosures" from May 19, 2026 to June 30, 2026. ECF No. 38 at 1, 3. The current affirmative expert disclosure deadline is May 19, 2026 and the rebuttal expert disclosure deadline is June 16, 2026. ECF No. 33 . The motion does not distinguish between these deadlines. The Court assumes based on the date provided in the motion that the plaintiffs seek extension of the affirmative expert disclosure deadline from May 19, 2026 to June 30, 2026. However, that would create the illogical situation where rebuttal expert disclosures were required prior to affirmative expert disclosures. As a result, the Court will sua sponte extend the rebuttal expert disclosure deadline to thirty days after the affirmative expert disclosure deadline.
   Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the Scheduling Order is amended as follows: the deadline for joinder parties and amendment of pleadings is June 30, 2026, the affirmative expert disclosure deadline is June 30, 2026, and the rebuttal expert disclosure deadline is July 30, 2026.
