ORDER granting 132 Letter Motion for Extension of Time. Application GRANTED. More broadly, given that both sides have changed counsel, it seems clear that the Case Management Plan should be modified. The parties should promptly confer and, no later than, September 8, 2026, file a joint letter addressing the status of the case and attaching a proposed amended Case Management Plan, which, if adopted, would supersede the existing Case Management Plan. If either party believes that the Court should convene a conference, the parties should say so in the joint letter and provide dates and times the week of September 7 and 14, 2026, that they would be available.
