TEXT ORDER-- During a status conference conducted by Magistrate Judge Adams on September 25, 2026, the parties expressed a desire to engage in mediation. Counsel shall meet and confer and, by October 2, 2026, submit a joint letter to the Court indicating their selected mediator. To the extent not already completed, the parties shall exchange their Initial Disclosures by September 30, 2026. All other formal discovery shall be stayed until after the mediation. with the exception that the parties shall exchange limited discovery including certain payroll records, time records and policy documents, that might aid in the mediation process. The scope of said limited discovery to be determined by the mediator. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Stacey D. Adams on 9/25/2026. (JB)
