Order on Motion for Extension of Time
ORDER: Before the Court is Defendant Daniel Hahn's Motion for Extension of Time. (Doc. # 201 .) Mr. Hahn requests an extension of time to respond to Plaintiffs' summary judgment motion. After failing to respond to the Court's original deadline to the motion, the Court gave Mr. Hahn until September 28, 2026, to respond and warned him that failure to respond by that would result in the Court deeming Plaintiffs' motion unopposed and ripe for adjudication. As Mr. Hahn did not respond on or before September 28, 2026, the Court entered an order granting Plaintiffs' motion on September 29, 2026. While Mr. Hahn dates his motion for an extension as September 28, 2026, Mr. Hahn did not submit the motion to the Court until September 29, 2026, at 12:24 p.m.. As such, the Court deems Mr. Hahn's motion as untimely and DENIES it as MOOT. The Court's summary judgment order (Doc. # 199 ) remains in effect. Signed on 9/30/2026 by District Judge Stephen R.
