ORDER granting 134 Letter Motion for Conference re: 134 LETTER MOTION for Conference request addressed to Judge Nelson Stephen Roman from Richard Sklarin dated 9/22/23. The Court is in receipt of the attached letter from Defendants, dated September 22, 2023, seeking leave to file a motion for summary judgment. The Court waives the pre-motion conference requirement and grants Defendants leave to file a motion for summary judgment in accordance with the following briefing schedule: (1) Defendants' moving papers are to be served (not filed) on December 4, 2023; (2) Plaintiffs' opposition papers are to be served (not filed) on January 18, 2024; and (3) Defendants' reply papers are to be served on February 8, 2024.
