ORDER. In accordance with the Memorandum Opinion issued on this same date, it is hereby, ORDERED that the 23 Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE IN PART. The motion is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE IN PART to the extent it seeks to fully withhold the four pages of transcript excerpts referenced in Bates Stamp Numbers 24-cv-2001 through 24-cv-2004 in the defendant's Vaughn index. The motion is GRANTED in all other respects. It is further ORDERED that the 25 Plaintiffs' Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment and Opposition to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment is HELD IN ABEYANCE IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. The motion is HELD IN ABEYANCE IN PART to the extent that it seeks the production of the four pages of transcript excerpts referenced in Bates Stamp Numbers 24-cv-2001 through 24-cv-2004 in the defendant's Vaughn index. The Court will resolve this part of the plaintiffs' motion once supplemental briefing regarding the defendant's motion for summary judgment is completed. The plaintiffs motion is DENIED in all other respects. It is further ORDERED that, on or before July 27, 2026, the defendant shall file supplemental briefing, an additional declaration, and any revised Vaughn index addressing the defendant's full withholding pursuant to Exemption 5 of the four pages of transcript excerpts referenced in Bates Stamp Numbers 24-cv-2001 through 24-cv-2004 in its current Vaughn index. It is further ORDERED that, on or before August 11, 2026, the plaintiffs shall file their opposition to the defendant's supplemental brief.
