TEXT ORDER: upon review of the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation ("Report"), the Court notes that the issue of whether summary judgment should be granted as to Defendant Laurens County and/or whether Plaintiff should be granted leave to amend, while raised by the Parties initially, was not addressed by the Magistrate Judge or re-raised in the Parties' objections to the Report. See ECF Nos. 210 -1 at 28-29; 213 at 33; 221 ; 223 ; 224 . Accordingly, the Court to recommits the matter to the Magistrate Judge on this specific issue. See 28 U.S.C. § 636(b). A supplemental Report shall be filed within 10 days, any objections thereto shall be filed with 7 days after the Report, and any responses to objections filed within 7 days after objections are filed.
