MINUTE ORDER. The parties' 84 stipulation of dismissal in this case provided that the Court would retain jurisdiction over the parties' performance of the settlement agreement, which the parties anticipated would be complete by January 2021. It further stated that "at such time, the parties shall jointly request this Court to convert the present Dismissal Without Prejudice to a Dismissal With Prejudice." Given that provision, the Court ordered 85 the parties to submit a joint status report by January 29, 2021, if they had not filed a report in the interim. Because as of February 8, 2021, the parties had not filed anything with the Court, the Court issued a Minute Order advising the parties that it would convert the dismissal to a dismissal with prejudice and terminate the matter on February 16, 2021, unless the plaintiff informed the Court before that date of some reason why it should not do so. Since the plaintiff has not filed anything in response to that order, it is hereby ORDERED that the case is dismissed with prejudice, and the Court will no longer retain jurisdiction over the matter. Signed by Judge Amy Berman Jackson on 2/17/21. (lcabj2)
