On or before July 15, the parties shall file a detailed status letter addressed to Judge Espinosa that summarizes open issues including those Judge Hammer planned to address on June 23. That joint letter shall include a proposed revised schedule for all remaining discovery, if appropriate and exclude vacation dates for lead counsel that might conflict with a status conference in late July or August.
