On February 12, 2026, the Court issued an Order deferring action on the Petition and granting counsel 14 days to file a corrected pro hac vice application. ECF No. 22 . As of today's date, counsel has not filed a corrected application.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Verified Petition for Permission to Practice Pro Hac Vice (ECF No. 20 ) is DENIED.
