ORDER: 1) On or before May 27, 2026, the Plaintiff shall file a notice with the Court addressing whether he persists in his pending third motion to remand. 2) The parties' second joint motion to stay (doc. 64 ) is GRANTED. This case is STAYED pending the approval of the settlement agreement by the bankruptcy court. 3) The parties' first joint motion to stay (doc. 62 ) is DENIED as moot. 4) The Defendant's motion for summary judgment (doc. 61 ) is HELD IN ABEYANCE pending settlement. 5) The parties shall file a joint status report regarding the status of this case, on or before August 18, 2026, and every ninety days thereafter.
