ORDER: Plaintiff filed discovery material on ECF, at ECF 21. Reminder: Discovery materials unrelated to pending disputes or motions before this Court are not to be filed on ECF. The Clerk's Office is instructed to take down document 21 .
The Court observes that the discovery material at issue was captioned "Plaintiff's Rule 26(a)(1) Disclosures" and was dated 7/6/2026. The Court respectfully reminds the parties that the deadline to complete fact discovery was 6/15/2026, and the deadline to file a joint status report certifying the close of fact discovery was 6/22/2026. To date, however, the parties have not complied with two (2) court orders directing them to submit this status report. See 2/25/2026 ECF Min. Entry & Order (setting discovery schedule); 6/24/2026 ECF Order (extending deadline in light of non-submission); see also 5/20/2026 ECF Order (reminding parties of 6/22/2026 deadline). The parties are ORDERED to file a joint status report certifying the close of fact discovery by 7/16/2026, on pain of sanctions against counsel, as directed in the Court's 7/2/2026 ECF Order.
